General client feedback: 

• We should create a biography profile using their colour schemes 
• This should be with relevant work and previous skills. This may be useful to remember in the future when we have more of a broad portfolio
• We should print out slides for them to read over afterwards. This would make it easier for the client to remember our ideas.

In class I drafted a schedule for us of things we still need to do:

•  Search for background music (by end of December) 
• Contact volunteers
• Finish by 11th December, since Jessica and Martina will be going back home for Christmas. 
• 4/5 volunteers of different ages
• ask about using archive footage

I emailed the contact from Brighton Festival since I was their primary contact, asking for the contact details of volunteers. We need this information as soon as possible so that we can begin filming with the volunteers.
