Despite that hiccup, we received generally positive feedback from the client. I also made sure to send the them a copy of the video to look over afterwards.

Client screening
I feel as though the client screening today went quite awfully. This was my fault since I did not export the video properly and had to go back and correct it. I had saved it as a QuickTime MOV file which worked fine on the Mac computers except it was slightly distorted. I thought this would be okay to show in the screening, however the video file didn't work and there was only audio. Subsequently I had to go back and export the video again with the correct settings. This took a lot longer than I had hoped, so long that I missed the screenings. I got it finished just in time to show the client afterwards. However I still felt horribly unprofessional and like I had let the whole team down.
