Editing

Ellen emailed me copies of the festival footage via the website WeTransfer. However being uploaded to the internet must have compressed the footage, leaving it in a very  low file size. When I tried to add these videos to the editing timeline, they appeared to be very pixelated compared to the rest of the video. Instead I think it will be better to the use the technique I'd used before which was using the screen capture on QuickTime.

I was able to use the sound from the WeTransfer file from the PSK Trio video as the backing track to our video.

I spent a lot of time cutting up all of the footage we'd filmed and putting it into the right order.

I used markers and comments to clearly point of the different sections of the video. This made it easer to place each of the interview answers and cutaways into the right place. Having the markers will be useful if we need to go back and add or remove anything from each section.
